Anymeta Site Configuration

Overview of all the configuration to be done during the setup of a website.

Mail override

/admintools/index/sysconfig

Put your email address in the mail override @ System configuration when you start configuring a website. This prevents outgoing mails during the configuration session. All sent mails will be sent to you.

Site configuration

/admintools/index/siteconfig

This are the base setting for a website:

  • Name of the website
  • Uri of the website
  • Default languague

Domain configuration

Roles and Types

  • Create the extra roles required for this project in admin. Please refer to anymeta.net for the right symbolic name. If you have a new role, refer to Ino to have this new role approved.
  • Configure the subjects and objects for the role
  • Create the extra types required for this project
  • Configure the kinds for each subject

List publishes

  • Create the following List publishes

LP_MATCH (installed and configured by installer)
LP_SEARCH (installed and configured by installer)
Configure which kinds and types can be used as filter in the dropdown

LP_CONNECTIONS_PERSONS alle lijstjes van personen op profielpagina's ( works_for, participant etc. )
LP_CONNECTIONS alle andere lijstjes op profielpagina's (bestaat sinds nov 2008)

  • Create project specific Listpublishes as defined in the Shoppinglist

If "SEARCH" is used in the symbolic name, the search-bar appears on the listpublish page.

Module configuration

Install the modules which are required for the project. To install modules, you have to logged in as The System Administrator (id=1).

Test if the website still works fine with the new enabled and disabled modules
Enable the modules according to the shopping list

Log of as System Administrator and log in as yourself after you finished installing modules.

Data import

For explanation about Data Import

  • Import the keywords. If the keywords are grouped by type, create these types before the import, if needed.

Edit configuration

Here you configure

  • First block: To be discovered what you configure here
  • Second block: To be discovered what you configure here
  • Keyword types per kind: Set the order and appearance of the groups of keyword per kind. The keywords itself are listed on alphabetic order
  • The appearance of predicates in Edit mode per type
  • Editorial toolbar: Set the controls per textfield. Default: for 'body': Heading 3, Italic
  • Maximum trustview setting: Set for a user group the the maximum trust level. Default: no rules

This app checks the validity of urls used in text fields. read more

Member Mail

This app sends mail to user groups. No configuration

Message moderation

This app moderates messages. No configuration

Spam filter

This app provides webmasters black / white lists for IP-addresses and message and email throttling. By default no configuration.

Check the credit-page

Every website has to have a a credit page where we tell what we liked about this project, who was in the team etcetera. This page has to be part of the footer-menu.

Mail override

Remove the email address from the override when the website is in production and configured.
