Questions:
When a user clicks BC, should we keep day and month?
Should we explain accuracy/precision better?

Configuration Requirements:
Assumptions about incomplete years such as "91"
- In a historical site do not assume the century
- In community sites and those dealing with recent events, assume the century (should it be current to a certain year and then the 20th? - how good do we have to be?)
