See Full Blog. Using the blog module, editors can set up multiple blogs on the site. Users can add comments. Users posting to the blog receive notifications when people respond keeping the conversations moving.

With this module, clients can set up a blog within their site. The blog module includes posting, an rss feed, commenting and notifications for participants when someone has replied to a post.

Use Case:

Frederico, a 42 years old curator and artist.

Frederico is hard working and passionate about situating art into everyday experience. Over the last several years, he has been working with a foundation to support public space-based art projects in Europe. The foundation funds public art projects and then promotes the work created. He loves learning about new work and promoting his artists. He has launched a site to display the work, help readers find projects of interest and to promote events.

Using the Blog Module

Frederic likes to promote the program and keep the community up to date on the development of the funded projects so he decides to launch a blog. Every week, he will choose an artist to highlight and give an update on the development his or her project.

This week, he posts about Jasper’s work - environmental art installed in unlikely public spaces. After adding his first blog post, Frederic goes to a meeting and forgets about his blog in the midst of everything else he has to do.

After a few days, he notes that several people have signed up for the rss feed for his blog and a couple people have posted comments. Each time someone leaves a comment he receives a notification by email. He returns to the site to respond to those comments. In general, he’s encouraged by the response and decides to expand his blog so that the artists can also contribute. All he needs to do is expand editing privileges. Lyla adds a post to Jasper's blog about another artist on the site and gets interested blogging more. She wants to blog about the progress of her project. Jasper is excited when his work starts to get more attention from the post. He hears from a few people. Out of curiosity, he Googles himself and the post appears high in Google ranking.
