HOW TO USE

TO BEAM CLIPS AS A VJ FILE

1     2     3

The KaapEngine builds and temporarily saves a VJ file, and then beams it on the screen. It will be played as a continuous loop. Press the Esc key to cancel continuous playback and to enter a new song title.

DATABASE
The song title or the lyrics of the song you typed will generate a sequence of video clips. Some 350 video clips from the 00-kaap database have been intuitively linked to fragments of poetry, manuals, interviews, etc. (?1753 - 1998).

The song title that you typed will be checked in this database of historical writings. When you have typed the word queen, a VJ file will be created containing clips that are linked to text fragments containing queen words. The most relevant content will be used to build the VJ file.

Here is another example. Try Who do you think you are (CDV2812-Spice-1996). Any title will do. Even songs that have not yet been written.

AUDIO
Some clips have audio effects. These are mixed with the music that you play. Together they are the soundtrack of the VJ file. It will change every evening, week, month, year from cult to pop to specially made demos recorded by yourself.
