Playful tool to visualise social networks
Make a portrait or take a snapshot with your — new — friend. The ikCam will directly publish the image on the website.
This new RFID application is well suited for conferences, exhibitions en other events. In a playful manner members of communities can make contact with each other. The ikCam makes social networks visible and fun!

RFID application
As a visitor to an event you will get a badge with a (RFID) chip. At Mediamatic we use the ikTag. The chip in the tag is linked to the profile of the person on your social network website.
Using the ikCam
With the ikTag you activate the ikCam. It gives you 5 seconds to pose and look good. Your first name will appear in the screen and then 'click' the image will be uploaded to your profile. It is a effective way to get portraits on the profile pages of the community.
Group photos and snapshots
The ikCam also functions as a connecting tool. It makes it more easy for people to talk to each other and be active together. You can invite a whole bunch of people on the same image. Just keep scanning ikTags before the reader.
Up to 20 people can make a snapshot together. An excellent way to celebrate with new friends.
